| Sabri Pllana is Director of the Center for Smart Computing Continuum at Forschung Burgenland in Austria. Before he worked at the University of Vienna in Austria and was Associate Professor in Sweden. He holds a PhD degree (with distinction) in computer science from the Vienna University of Technology. His research interests include: high performance computing, modeling and optimization, AI / ML. He also studies properties of various kinds of socio-technical systems (such as, health-care systems) using innovative modelling and simulation techniques. He contributed to several EU-funded projects and he coordinated the FP7 project PEPPHER. Sabri Pllana is Senior Member of the IEEE (# 80432603), associate editor of Computing journal (Springer), and member of the HiPEAC. | ||
